Our day centre for the spine and rehabilitation unit offers intensive outpatient back rehabilitation supervised by specialists. The 3-week programme is fully covered by your insurance.

Our Medical Centre is available by telephone from Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm.

For your safety, the pool requires the presence of a physiotherapist, failing which it may be closed from time to time.
On Tuesday 11 March 2025, the swimming pool is open from 7.30am to 7pm.

An intensive rehabilitation programme
The programme lasts for 3 weeks, on an outpatient basis from Monday to Friday. Supervised by our specialists, it combines individual sessions and small-group activities targeting mobility, endurance and pain management to help you lead a more active life.
Insurance, accommodation and contact
The entire programme is covered by your health insurance, subject to a doctor’s prescription. For your convenience, you can stay at the Grand Hôtel des Bains****, which is directly linked to our medical centre, or choose a furnished studio around 150 metres away. From Geneva (120 km) – Lausanne (60 km) towards Martigny, Simplon, Gd St-Bernard: Exit St-Maurice
From Brig (90 km) – Sion (40 km) towards Martigny, Lausanne, Geneva: Exit St-Maurice

Once you have arrived at the complex :
If you wish to access the baths directly, enter through the Main Entrance to the Thermal Baths (shown in blue on the map). This is where you’ll find the reception, shop, changing rooms and access to the pools.
If you have a reservation at the La Table des Bains hotel or restaurant, take the Wellness Center, hotel and restaurant access footbridge, located slightly to the left. This will take you directly to the Grand Hôtel des Bains and its wellness areas.
Access to the facilities
Go to the changing rooms to change.
Follow the signs to the Espace Oriental, the Grand Bassin Extérieur, or the relaxation pavilions (Nordique & Sérénité) according to your choice.
