Our Medical Centre is available by telephone from Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm.

For your safety, the pool requires the presence of a physiotherapist, failing which it may be closed from time to time.
On Tuesday 11 March 2025, the pool is open from 7.30am to 7pm.

An expert medical team
Our spa treatments are supervised by our head doctor, Dr Michael Norberg, accompanied by experienced physiotherapists. We use our recognised expertise to provide effective treatment for rheumatism, chronic pain and post-operative conditions.
Procedures and care
Your spa cure must be prescribed by your doctor, then submitted to your health or accident insurance company using this form or by post. Basic health insurance covers accommodation up to CHF 10 per day; a supplementary insurance policy may cover more. You can stay at the Grand Hôtel des Bains****, which is directly linked to the Medical Centre, or in a studio nearby (150 m). Recommended duration: 14 to 21 days.

From Geneva (120 km) – Lausanne (60 km) towards Martigny, Simplon, Gd St-Bernard: Exit St-Maurice
From Brig (90 km) – Sion (40 km) towards Martigny, Lausanne, Geneva: Exit St-Maurice
Stop at St-Maurice station (see SBB timetable)
From St-Maurice to Lavey-les-Bains: 2.5 km (35 minutes on foot or 10-15 minutes by postbus)

Once you have arrived at the complex :
If you wish to access the baths directly, enter through the Main Entrance to the Thermal Baths (shown in blue on the map). This is where you’ll find the reception, shop, changing rooms and access to the pools.
If you have a reservation at the La Table des Bains hotel or restaurant, take the Wellness Center, hotel and restaurant access footbridge, located slightly to the left. This will take you directly to the Grand Hôtel des Bains and its wellness areas.
Access to the facilities
Go to the changing rooms to change.
Follow the signs to the Espace Oriental, the Grand Bassin Extérieur, or the relaxation pavilions (Nordique & Sérénité) according to your choice.
