We remind our customers that the following rules must be respected within the walls of our establishment.
They are intended to protect the welfare and safety of the bathers.
GENERAL PRINCIPLES
The fact of entering the establishment involves the obligation to respect these rules and the observations of the staff.
The order and decency have to be observed at all time by our customers.
ACCESS TO FACILITIES
Only persons with a valid entry title (ticket, subscription card) can access the facilities.
Children are welcome from 4 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and remain under the responsibility of this person.
It is forbidden for people with contagious skin diseases to attend the establishment.
Persons with background of cardiovascular disease should ask the opinion of their doctor before accessing the facilities. By acquiring or using an
entry to the swimming pool, the user confirms to be healthy and not violate any medical prescription forbidding access to such establishment.
About the dress code inside the Baths, we remind you that for hygiene reasons and to enjoy the effects of thermal water :
It is obligatory to wear a swimsuit.
The shirt comes up to the knees.
Wearing a swim cap is authorized.
Caps and other accessories are prohibited.
Long hairs have to be attached.
Strings and topless are forbidden.
Swimsuits such as blouse or skirts are prohibited.
The sleeves are short.
You walk barefoot.
Access to facilities is prohibited beyond the opening hours.
Animals are forbidden.
In case of necessity, the use of all or part of the pools may be temporarily prohibited without reduction or refund of the price.
BEHAVIOR RULES
It is obligatory to shower and use the passage of footbaths before entering the area of the swimming pools.
Running, jumping, diving, pushing people in the water is prohibited.
It is forbidden to go into the water with bandages.
It is strongly recommended (as dangerous) not to practice snorkeling without the presence of a companion.
The floats, air mattresses, inner tubes or boats are prohibited.
It is forbidden to play ball.
Silence must be respected, especially in saunas / steam room and resting rooms.
It is forbidden to picnic, to bring drinks or food.
It is forbidden to photograph or film in the swimming pool.
The radios or portable TV and any reproductive tract sounds are prohibited.
It is forbidden to undress or dress out of the cabins, and to deposit your clothes elsewhere than in the lockers.
Shoes and sandals are prohibited outside the locker rooms and shower facilities.
Smoking is forbidden within the facilities.
Any behavior contrary to morals is prohibited (exposure or any other behavior of a sexual nature).
USER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Any damage to facilities will be charged to the user’s responsibility. The hotel has the right to impose sanctions against the responsible person(for
example interdiction to the swimming pool), or even to denounce the person to the competent authorities.
Lockers with a key are kindly made available to users. The loss of the key will be charged CHF 50.-.
RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF ACCIDENT
Les Bains de Lavey decline any responsibility in case of accident.
THEFT AND LOST & FOUND
Les Bains de Lavey are not responsible for any theft committed within the establishment.
It is specifically recommended not to leave any valuables in the dressing rooms or in the lockers.
Safety deposit boxes, located at the exit of showers are available for the customers.
The lockers are all provided with individual keys. The Baths are not responsible for any loss or disappearance of objects stored in the lockers.
The Lost and Found have to be immediately returned / claimed on receipt of the institution. The Baths reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed object or effect within 60 days after the loss.
Any person caught in the act of stealing will be reported to the police.
Stolen or lost subscriptions will not be replaced.
THE DIRECTION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXCLUDE ANY PERSON WHO CONTRAVENES THE RULES AND IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE IF THE PERSON DOESN’T RESPECT THE INSTRUCTIONS.
